Day to day
- Define and manage the platform roadmap, aligning it with the organisation's business objectives for flights and holidays experiences.
- Ensure robust technical architecture and infrastructure to support evolving digital products and services.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, high-performing systems.
- Lead technical integration efforts to unify backend systems with front-end customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Manage and prioritise a backlog of technical and functional requirements to maximise customer and business value.
- Ensure the seamless integration of systems, APIs, and platforms for optimal performance.
- Balance long-term technical goals with short-term business needs, ensuring iterative progress.
- Establish KPIs to measure the success and performance of technical platforms and projects.
- Generate regular reports to communicate progress, issues, and successes to stakeholders.
