The People team are recruiting for a Talent Attraction Business Partner on a full-time fixed term contract basis for 12 months. As the Talent Attraction Business Partner you will be responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring top talent into our brands and functions. You will develop a resourcing and Early Careers strategy to support the delivery of the People strategy, with a drive on diversity and inclusion at every touch point.
You will lead and manage the Talent Attraction and Early Careers team to provide an effective and efficient customer service to both internal and external customers. Directly sourcing for Head of Business vacancies you will engage and guide senior stakeholders through the recruitment process.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
- The ability to build strong and meaningful relationships at a senior level coupled with excellent communication skills.
- You will have worked in the recruitment arena, and you will have a proven track record of delivering multiple projects within a HR team.
- Proven ability to design and imbed a recruitment strategy as well as being highly organised and capable of multi-tasking and prioritising a high workload.
- Previous experience of running an Early Careers programme would be advantageous.
