Responsibilities:

  • Know customers and serve them with passion and pride.
  • Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services in the store.
  • Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
  • Apply training to work safely and effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
  • Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet their needs.
  • Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Be knowledgeable about store performance and help drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
  • Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
