Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate customer outcomes activity across Pricing.
- Play a key role in shaping and overseeing our fair pricing strategy, leading pricing remediation activity and ensuring decisions and pricing action balance customer, regulatory and commercial considerations.
- Hybrid role with 80% homeworking and 20% in Stratford-upon-Avon.
- As a Customer Outcomes Consultant, you'll use your pricing expertise to lead customer outcomes and remediation activity across NFU Mutual's insurance portfolio.
- Oversee the monitoring of customer outcome measures, identifying emerging risks and providing insight to inform decision-making.
- Help to ensure our pricing remains fair, appropriate and aligned to regulatory expectations.
- Investigate pricing issues and assess customer impacts, working with colleagues across Pricing, Underwriting, Remediation and IT to understand the root cause of issues, coordinate remediation activity and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
- Contribute to governance and reporting activities, supporting the ongoing development of our fair pricing strategy and helping ensure customer, commercial and regulatory considerations remain balanced.
- Provide technical leadership, stakeholder management and oversight across a range of activities, while coaching and mentoring colleagues, promoting best practice and helping shape the future direction of Customer Outcomes within Pricing.
About you:
- Strong pricing expertise, analytical capability and leadership experience.
- Ability to navigate complex challenges whilst balancing customer, commercial and regulatory considerations.
- Comfortable interpreting data, providing challenge and making recommendations that support fair customer and business outcomes.
- Enjoy working across multiple teams and building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Confident coordinating activity, managing competing priorities and ensuring delivery remains focused on agreed outcomes.
- General Insurance Pricing experience.
- Strong analytical interpretation and problem-solving capability.
- Insurance regulatory knowledge and awareness.
- Coding experience, with SQL highly desirable.
- Stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Leadership, coaching, mentoring, planning and collaboration skills.
- Customer Remediation and Radar experience are highly desirable.
