Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a World Class Customer Experience
    • Support delivering a world-class Luxury Service Experience: coach and provide feedback to ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service across all brands and touchpoints.
    • Act as a L'Oréal Luxe brand ambassador, providing a luxurious customer experience through personalised service and merchandising standards.
    • Demonstrate product expertise and storytelling: confidently present products, immerse customers in brand history, and provide tailored product knowledge, tips, and techniques.
    • Provide omni-experience: inform customers about upcoming in‑store events, promotions, and brand activations; represent L'Oréal Luxe brands and share expertise on internal and external social media platforms.
  • Driving Retail Performance
    • Support the Store Manager in executing retail plans to achieve and surpass store targets and KPIs, driving growth and profitability.
    • Develop and implement a dynamic annual calendar of events and animations that create memorable customer experiences and generate excitement for L'Oréal Luxe brands.
    • Generate creative ideas and suggest innovative strategies to drive new business growth, focusing on product launches and brand anniversaries.
    • Build and support a loyal VIP customer base, fostering long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
  • People Management and Development
    • Support talent acquisition and recruitment process.
    • Assist in onboarding new team members, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
