We are looking for a Strategy & Planning Analyst to support the TEI strategy and execution functions. The analyst will coordinate strategic planning, communications, work management, employee engagement, budget and reporting across the TEI organization. The role will act as a trusted advisor and partner to the leadership team, ensuring efficient operation and execution of key initiatives and internal projects. Additionally, the analyst will drive the creation and implementation of a skills framework, talent strategy and overall skills development plan.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Assist the TEI Strategy, Operations & Execution Director/CAO in developing and implementing strategic plans, monitor industry trends, facilitate planning sessions and measure progress of initiatives.
  • Marketing & Communications: Develop persona‑based communication strategies, prepare presentations and reports, create content for intranet, town halls, newsletters and collaborate with Corporate Communications.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and track OKRs and KPIs, use operational and financial data to provide actionable insights, ensure timely and accurate reporting for decision‑making.
  • Leadership Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the Director/CAO and Head of TEI, coordinate leadership meetings, assist with special projects and solve complex problems to support key technology strategic initiatives.
  • Training & Development: Promote a strong learning culture, organize learning events such as hackathons and workshops, develop and execute talent strategy and role‑based learning pathways, champion Agile ways of working.

Qualifications

  • Proven years of related work experience
  • Success in executing initiatives and strategies
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment and building relationships at all levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate technical information into easily understandable content
  • Structured, detail‑oriented approach with disciplined time‑management
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, technology or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strategic mindset, self‑motivated team player, open‑minded, flexible, and willing to listen
  • Organizational skills, ability to influence others, make fact‑based decisions, and manage pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and multi‑task daily
