As Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager - Global Capital, you will lead global sourcing strategies for Mars Snacking processing equipment and related capital investments, managing an annual spend of over $400M. You will manage global initiatives by leveraging supplier relationships, and drive standardization and automation. This role will be a member of a collaborative global team.
What are we looking for?
- Significant strategic sourcing/purchasing experience at global scale, ideally in capital investment or related fields.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in engineering or supply management is beneficial.

- Developing global category strategies and value roadmaps.
- Building strong cross-functional relationships.
