You will be responsible for:
- Recruiting and training the best people for your team, developing their operational and leadership skills.
- Coaching your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products, building the store's brand, and providing excellent customer service.
- Leading trade activity to grow sales and maximize profit.
- Building your managers' knowledge to deliver the Store Change Plan and resource planned activities effectively.
- Ensuring store safety and legal trading by coaching the team on security tools.
