Equans is recruiting for a Premises Assistant to join the team in Marriott & Lonsdale School, SG2 8BL . This is a permanent Full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of Β£26,734.50 per annum and benefits package

What will you deliver?
The Premises Assistant will help maintain the safety, security and day-to-day operation of Marriott & Lonsdale School by carrying out routine inspections, fire safety checks, meter and plant checks, minor repairs and general maintenance. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, monitoring stock levels, reporting defects or damage, supporting contractors on site and responding to reasonable maintenance requests, while ensuring all work is completed in line with building procedures and health and safety requirements.

Who we are looking for?
- Experience in a customer facing role is desirable
- Good reading and writing skills
- Basic computer literacy would be desirable or willingness to train as required
- Knowledge of health and safety
- Prior experience working in a school environment is preferred
