DESCRIPTION

Product manager responsible for Business KPIs for Ship With Amazon (SWA) loads on Relay Load Board. Key goals include performance management, managing RLB pricing and other product strategies, conducting experiments, and adopting new RLB pricing technology to meet SWA demand profiles, delivering cost and conversion goals.

Key job responsibilities

• Deliver results by owning business performance outcomes for SWA demand on Relay Load Board.
• Develop long-term demand and cost forecasts in partnership with business and finance teams.
• Enhance existing product features and propose new ideas to scale the business.
• Coordinate between PM teams (SWAOps, ST Ops, RSS Spot Demand, CX, RFI) to optimize demand orchestration, UI/CX opportunities, and external market inputs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning technology products.
• Experience with product cycles of 6+ months.
• Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
• Experience working across functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
