Role Overview: As a Specialist, you build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products and services. You\’re dedicated to selling and delivering a customer service experience that is unique. You are curious—asking questions to learn about our customers\’ needs and customizing recommendations to enrich their lives. This role can be full-time, part-time, or temporary.

Description:

  • Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on purchase options.
  • Stay proactively updated on Apple’s products, services, and sales processes.
  • Support peers by sharing knowledge and assisting in offering ownership opportunities.
  • Maintain accuracy and follow guidelines.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including customer service and support in various store areas.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering curiosity to learn. Demonstrate Apple\’s values of inclusion and diversity daily.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Availability to work based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and reliably attend scheduled shifts in accordance with local laws and accommodations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Apple products and services.
  • Ability to personalize solutions and communicate effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple customers.
  • Teamwork skills, shared responsibility, and accountability.
