Are you seeking an opportunity to create positive social impact through innovative solutions? Our Win Centre capability supports the biggest and most exciting deals around, with ambitious plans for growth for 2025 and beyond supporting the public sector. This role sits within that Win Centre and will lead on creating and costing viable, competitive and compelling Social Value solutions for bids.

This is a home-based role with some occasional travel for meetings.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the Social Value solution workstream for bids, to produce high quality Social Value solution artefacts that are innovative and will excite the customer.
  • Undertake research and analysis to inform discussions with stakeholders, create tailored solutions and differentiate a Capita offering.
  • Deconstruct, scope and articulate Social Value solution design work packages.
  • Manage and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and opportunities (RADIO).
  • Work with Bid Manager and Sales Lead to ensure solutions are costed, assured, agreed and signed off through appropriate governance processes.
  • Articulate the solution, both written and verbally to senior level stakeholders and in the bid submission, ensuring alignment with win themes.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience of working in a pre-sale’s environment.
  • Understanding of public sector markets, with an understanding of the challenges, priorities and opportunities within the sector, as well as an awareness of public sector procurement processes.
  • Extensive knowledge of the UK Government Social Value Model and associated policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrable experience of all stages of the solutions lifecycle from problem analysis, solution design and approval/governance, from transition planning into service delivery.
  • Ability to deliver effectively to tight timescales, often under pressure to meet demanding internal and external customer expectations.
