Wates is recruiting a Disrepair Supervisor for our Maintenance division, based at the Brixton office on social housing contracts, delivering reactive and some planned maintenance to residents.
You will oversee scheduling, client and resident meetings, and ensure targets and SLAs are met while controlling material costs and ensuring proper processes. The role requires DBS clearance and SSSTS, plus a driving licence, with strong leadership skills.
