As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced
Site Surveyor to play a key role in the successful delivery of improvement works across occupied residential properties.

About the Role
As a Site Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out property surveys and providing technical support throughout the delivery of planned maintenance projects.
Working closely with operational teams, commercial teams, clients and residents, you will ensure works are accurately scoped, specified and delivered to the highest standards.
The programme of works will include
- Planned maintenance programmes
- Roofing renewals
- External and internal refurbishment works
- Kitchen and bathroom replacements
- Window and door programmes
- Energy efficiency and retrofit improvements
- Decarbonisation and sustainability projects
- Other social housing planned investment works
The role is site-based and requires travel across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake pre-and post-inspections of residential properties.
- Carry out site surveys and measure-up works.
- Produce schedules of work and specifications.
- Identify property defects and recommend appropriate remedial solutions.
