About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a Product or Product features, and lead on Product domain strategy. You will develop a commercially useful product strategy and lead project execution based on qualitative and quantitative customer understanding.
Responsibilities
- Product execution: Owning the development and delivery of commercially successful claims products into the motor claims ecosystem of the UK&I insurance marketplace.
- Customer led: Maintaining a market and customer focus to support the development and launch of claims products; including interacting with the motor claims industry to bring market insights back into the build of products and specifically engaging with customers to understand their challenges and gather requirements on key customer needs.
- Delivery focused: Leading product delivery; including managing the Go to Market (GTM) process and product marketing lifecycle.
- Ambassador: Acts as product ambassador which includes supporting the roll out of new products externally through clear GTM launch plans.
- Leadership alignment: Managing senior stakeholder engagements for alignment with leadership and to help shape and influence critical decisions where senior input is required.
- Measuring success: Owning objectives and metrics for managing product performance and associated monitoring activities across financial and non-financial measures.
Requirements
- Claims understanding: Experience of working in the motor claims ecosystem of the UK&I insurance marketplace.
- Customer-facing: Experienced in presenting at, and attending industry events, and hosting/facilitating customer workshops.
- Delivery focused: Experienced in managing data and analytics products from ideation through to launch.
- Independent worker: Able to take responsibility for own projects, making decisions and recommendations based on data.
- Relationship management: Able to network, build and maintain relationships, both externally in industry and with customers.
- Championing products: Able to champion products responsible for with all audiences, external and internal.
