We're seeking a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to advise and champion Health and Safety across complex, high-voltage projects. You will facilitate and coach operational teams on Inclusion and Well-being. As Senior Health and Safety Advisor you will provide local advice and support managers and staff to fulfil their health and safety responsibilities demanded by the business.

- Lead and inspire health, safety, and environmental excellence across the projects
- Coach and mentor operational teams to embed inclusive safety practices.
- Challenge the status quo - move away from bureaucracy and towards meaningful engagement.
- Drive innovation and adopt cutting-edge safety solutions.
- Influence leadership and act as a trusted advisor for compliance and cultural change.
What We're Looking For
- Level 4 qualification minimum + membership of a relevant professional body.
- Strong technical knowledge in occupational health, environmental, and safety risk management.
- Exceptional coaching, influencing, and communication skills.
- A positive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
