Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scoping work packages for design drawings.
  • Lead the procurement of packages, reviewing and appointing subcontractors alongside the commercial team.
  • Providing support to Construction Managers to ensure trade work packages are attaining the agreed delivery programme.
  • Management of packages to provide the timely approval and delivery to site of fit-out elements in line with agreed delivery programme.
  • Managing multiple packages simultaneously.
  • Liaison with Building PM's / CM's as to their requirements to attain delivery programme.
  • Undertaking 'look ahead' on trade packages to fix problems ahead of time (+6 weeks projection).
  • Providing fortnightly progress update on each package.
  • Issuing timely minutes for all meetings held with Consultant Team.
  • Undertaking monthly Yellow Jacket 'tours'.
  • Manage and chair design meetings attended by Consultant Team.
  • Manage and chair fortnightly progress meetings.
  • Engage and respond to Consultant Team in person.
  • Management and active follow up of Conject technical submissions, samples, drawings and RFI's for individual works packages.
  • Manage technical queries escalated through PM's / CM's.
  • Maintaining compliance with Mace procedures.

You have a degree qualification or construction related diploma/relevant trade background qualification. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
