Scheduler to join our growing Planned Works team in Warwickshire.
Working on social housing maintenance and improvement programmes, you'll play a vital role in ensuring works are planned efficiently, resources are utilised effectively, and residents receive an excellent service throughout project delivery.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in scheduling, planning, logistics or workforce coordination , ideally gained within construction, property services or social housing environments.
As a key member of the operational team, you'll work closely with Site Managers, Supervisors, Operatives and Residents to ensure the smooth delivery of planned maintenance and refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule works across multiple projects and operational teams.
- Manage and maintain operative and subcontractor diaries to maximise productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate labour, materials and site requirements to ensure programme targets are achieved.
- Monitor work schedules and make adjustments where required to ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Liaise with residents, client representatives and operational teams regarding appointments and programme updates.
- Arrange inspections, surveys and follow‑on works as required.
- Respond quickly to programme changes and operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal scheduling systems.
- Produce performance reports and provide updates to operational management teams.
- Support the achievement of contractual KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in a Scheduler, Planner, Coordinator or Logistics role.
- Strong organisational and diary management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working to deadlines and performance targets.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
Desirable
- Experience within social housing , property services or construction.
- Knowledge of planned maintenance or refurbishment programmes.
- Experience coordinating mobile workforces, operatives or subcontractors.
