Location: Unit 4A New Mersey Shopping Park, Speke Road, Speke, Merseyside L24 8QB
Designate Role - willing to travel within 1 hour of your base store until assigned a permanent location.
Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview.
Salary: £32,600 - £33,600 per annum

The Role
As an Assistant Store Manager Designate, you'll travel between different stores in your area, supporting where you're needed most. It's a great way to meet new teams, build your skills, and enjoy plenty of variety in your day. You won't be on the move forever though-this role is designed to help you grow, with the goal of moving into a permanent store and developing your career.
Day to day you'll work alongside the store manager to:
- Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
- Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
- Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
About you
- Bringing fresh ideas from your previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years
- Passion for customer service & sales.
- Strong decision‑making & problem‑solving skills.
- A results‑driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional)
- This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
