Brief Description
As a Recruitment Business Partner Support, you will play a vital role by providing comprehensive support to Recruitment Business Partners, leading on identifying, screening, and managing candidates to deliver exceptional results for our client groups. You will utilise various platforms to identify, source, and attract suitable candidates; reviewing CVs, conducting initial phone screenings, and managing communications throughout the candidate journey through to leading the offer process, communicating verbal offers, and assisting with onboarding activity. You will implement sourcing strategies that identify candidates from diverse candidate pools and pipeline talent for future roles. Additionally, you will provide regular data insights and information on the effectiveness of attraction and sourcing activity, identifying areas for improvement. Lastly, you will conduct research on industry trends, recruitment market activity, and candidate availability to help inform future sourcing strategies and campaigns.
About the Role (External)
- Experience of working as part of a team in a client-focused environment to meet challenging deadlines in a volume-oriented resourcing/recruiting environment.
- Intermediate stakeholder management skills.
- Intermediate organisational/process management skills, including process improvement.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Previous experience in database and administrative process management.
- Basic knowledge of relevant employment law and the employment marketplace is also advantageous but not essential.
