Job Summary
To maintain a continuous and high level of prospecting calls activity to achieve your quantitative performance objectives. To work with the Managing Director, department heads, regional business development staff and the international desks in Knight Frank to plan, implement and strategically manage the promotion of our office services to clients. To continually improve the quality and range of services within the department's scope of business. To meet goals and objectives of the office services department, with the ultimate purpose of contributing to the expansion and profitability of the Knight Frank business in Shenzhen, China and the region. Achieving annual KPIs agreed is one of the responsibilities of the role.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Make quantitative prospecting calls daily and set up meetings for potential business opportunities. Perfective maintenance on stacking plan and constantly generating leads.
- Consultant Function: Receive enquiries from clients and ensure that you understand their needs. Keep in regular contact with clients at all times including advising them of progress. Prepare shortlist of suitable properties for clients to review in accordance with their requirements and budget. Confirm availability and suitability with landlords. Arrange and conduct property inspections with clients. Negotiate for properties on behalf of clients. Prepare lease contracts. Participate in monthly regional Business Development calls with key TR leads in AP, Europe and U.S. Ensure invoices are accurately prepared and sent. Attend weekly office services meetings to discuss existing and possible clients.
- Sales and Marketing Function: Working with the Managing Director, department heads, business development team and the marketing department to assist in the implementation and delivery of specific departmental marketing campaigns to predetermined recipients in China. To set up meetings and presentations with new and existing clients through telephone calls, emails or letters. To make presentations to clients. To secure instructions from clients.
- Database Management: To update and increase database contacts and input related information of properties and tenants onto the client contacts management system in the office.
- Central Filing System: Working with the department manager, to maintain and keep up to date the filing system for all work in the Shenzhen office.
Person Specification
This position is open for candidates with around 2-3 years' relevant working experience. Proficient in both Chinese and English communication skills. Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship. Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT with detailed and clear work plan. Responsible, initiative, mature, self-motivator with excellent service attitude.
