About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of Programmatic+, the Programmatic+ Director will lead client accounts and campaigns across various clients, managing relationships in the display and programmatic space. Oversee end-to-end delivery of display activity across multiple DSPs including DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, and Amazon, as well as Managed Service campaigns. Identify ways to improve buying practices, utilize first-party data, drive cost efficiencies, and leverage buy-side features to enhance programmatic technology use. Collaborate with department leads and OMG to develop programmatic products that meet client needs. Ensure best practices in brand safety and ad verification, meet KPIs, and build learnings for each client. Support the Head of Programmatic+ in delivering trading deals, programmatic, and OMG product targets. Lead all audit and data requirements, ensuring accurate data input by the team. Work closely with key vendors to give PHD clients priority access to new products, features, beta opportunities, and inventory. Provide personal development plans and support for managers, and identify training needs for capability enhancement.

You will be in a Senior Manager or Group Associate Director role, seeking the next career step. You should have a background in Programmatic Display, experience leading high-performing teams, operational strength, and the ability to coordinate teams to meet deadlines with high-quality output. Strong technical knowledge of the programmatic marketplace and relationship-building skills with clients, suppliers, and internal teams are essential.
