THE ROLE
The Production Management Assistant will work as part of the Production Management team, working with a team of Coordinators, Production Executive and Head of Production.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the StoryWorks Production Management team.
- Assist with post-production deliveries and paperwork checks.
- Support subtitling processes, including additional requests.
- Liaise with global crews to receive footage and collate paperwork.
- Organise and schedule meetings, calls, and book rooms, create agendas, and prepare documents.
- Support Production Coordinators, Production Executive, and Head of Production.
- Assist with onboarding and team needs.
- Raise Purchase Orders on SAP and manage invoicing process.
- Support financial tasks like updating Salesforce and cost managers.
- Manage and organise Vimeo and Dropbox, and update Monday.com.
WHAT DOES IT TAKE?
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Working experience in a Broadcast, Advertisement or Production Agency environment as a Production Team Assistant / Production Secretary or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and system management tools such as Monday.com or Trello
- Experience using financial systems, and comfortable with financial processes, software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and use own initiative and judgement to escalate where necessary.
- Experienced with asset management, such as media files, equipment, or digital content.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £24,800+ London Weighting (£5,319). The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.
Location: Office Base is London, Television Centre. This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will balance office working with home working.
