About the role: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Process Specialist to join our People Operational Excellence team.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver improved manager and employee interactions with the people team to make colleagues' jobs easier.
- Optimize workflows hosted on People technology (case management, employee portal, document management).
- Manage change requirements for service, process, and system updates within the People Shared Services team.
- Maintain and develop the operations dashboard, proactively analyzing key metrics to inform data-driven decisions that enhance service, processes, and systems.
- Interact with managers and employees to ensure a personalized and timely experience.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of People Shared Services delivery.
- Support project delivery, including system configuration, demonstrations, UAT, and operational readiness assessments for new processes; support change management and training as needed.
- Provide project management for initiatives to support the Operational Excellence Lead.
About you:
- Experience in people process design and implementation, including process mapping and SOP creation.
- Ability to interpret process maps and convert them into system workflows.
- Experience with case management/ticketing systems or equivalent People systems.
- Knowledge of People and Payroll processes, policies, and procedures, ideally in an international environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills; confident in finding answers independently.
- Customer-focused mindset with a drive to improve experiences at all contact points with the People function.
- Innovative thinker, always looking for ways to save time, reduce costs, or improve processes.
