As Process Development Lead, you will sit at the heart of Supporter Services and Fundraising operations, shaping work flows end‑to‑end to make them clearer, faster, more consistent and ultimately better for the people we support. You will join the dots across teams, systems, suppliers and governance to build scalable solutions that stand up to scrutiny. A big part of your role is turning complexity into clarity. You will map current processes, challenge where they add no value, and design ways of working that people can follow and rely on.
You bring structure where it is missing – standard operating procedures, RACI models, dashboards or control frameworks – while also knowing when something should be simplified instead of adding another layer. You will take a leading role in managing key fundraising suppliers, ensuring performance, compliance and value for money are understood and built into everyday operations, not treated as an afterthought. Embedded change is essential. You will work closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Supporter Services, Finance, Procurement and Compliance, influencing without authority and building trust so that new ways of working actually stick.
You help teams see the benefit in doing things differently, support them through change and keep improving what is already in place. The role requires a collaborative mindset and a passion for converting messy, inconsistent processes into robust, real‑world solutions that continue to function over time. Your working location will mainly be at the Haig House hub, with a minimum expectation of two days per week on site and flexibility for remote work when not on site.
Employee Benefits:
- 28 days paid holiday (plus bank holidays) with optional annual leave purchase of up to 5 working days
- Enhanced paid maternity, paternity and adoption leave
- Generous pension contributions – employer contributions ranging from 6% to 10%
- Range of flexible working options may be available, depending on your role
- Employee Assistance Programme providing confidential counselling, financial and legal advice
- Range of courses delivered by learning specialists to support your development goals and objectives
- Opportunities to volunteer
- Travel loans, Cycle to Work and more!
