The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, combining field-based work visiting customer sites and offices, plus remote work, covering South-East England. You will join RS as a BDM within the Value-Added Services/Solutions team and support the UK business in delivering growth across our diverse solutions portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Work on the road for four days a week, taking ownership of a UK region to drive disproportionate growth across our solutions portfolio, especially within the Inventory and Procurement portfolio.
- Support the Sales teams to win opportunities by bringing subject matter expertise to solution design and supporting the Account Manager across the customer journey.
- Coach the Account Management team in all aspects of the solution value proposition and the associated solution design.
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders to ensure high-quality customer discovery for all solution opportunities and accelerate opportunities through the sales pipeline.
