We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a People Services Advisor - Key Account in Liverpool on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This role is based on 37.5 hours per week and offers hybrid working with 3 days per week based in the Matchworks office, Liverpool.

Join our vibrant, inclusive community in the HR Transactional team working closely with the Key Account Manager providing proactive support and training to key accounts to improve the overall employee experience of core people processes and assisting account teams to improve compliance and data accuracy.

As the People Services Advisor, you will support the roll out of our new people portal (Success Factors) by working closely with the Account Manager to deliver training for existing key accounts teams, as well as assisting in developing and improving proactive services. You will be a key contact for the key accounts team and People Partners, building relationships and ensuring continuous improvement.

What you will do:

  • Proactive training and support across Amey, maintaining documentation and assessing effectiveness of delivered training
  • Data Quality and Payroll accuracy - track and monitor metrics, working closely with data owners ensuring the system supports the requirements
  • Engaging with stakeholders to provide relevant data
  • Assisting the systems and MI teams in the continuous improvement of reporting
  • Identifying and cascading potential areas of improvement to HR managers / key account managers
  • Collaborative working with the internal people services team and subject matter experts

What you will bring:

  • Experience in a similar HR role
  • Ideally a bachelor's degree or CIPD
  • Excellent communication skills
  • First class influencing skills
  • Experience in using HR systems including SAP or Success Factors is highly desirable
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience in using case management systems
  • Competent in using Microsoft publications including Excel
