The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

The purpose of the role will be to provide full executive assistant support to the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, the Director of Communications, and the Director of Public Affairs and National Lottery Relations (the "Senior CA Team"). The PA will report to the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer.

This role is responsible for the efficient daily operation of the Senior Corporate Affairs (CA) Team, working in a fast-paced and challenging environment, acting as the 'go to' for the department.

  • Diary management, ensuring the Senior CA Team knows where they need to be and when.
  • Managing the Senior CA Team's individual inbox, flagging important emails and directing queries.
  • Providing a friendly and professional main point of contact on behalf of each of the Senior CA Team, guided by their priorities to review incoming internal and external business.
  • Owning and managing the processing of multiple departmental-oriented processes.
  • Maintaining an awareness of key issues and activities within both the Company and Department.
  • Making judgements on appropriate actions, liaising with others as needed, organising meetings, and managing the diary to maximise the Senior CA Team's time.
  • Organising papers and reports to ensure each of the Senior CA Team has all relevant information for meetings and events.
  • Producing and preparing letters, reports, presentations, and other documentation while managing sensitive information and highly confidential documents with discretion.
  • Managing each of the Senior CA Team's individual expenses claims.
  • Resolving administration issues or queries and undertaking other ad-hoc support tasks as requested.
  • Managing and coordinating the Senior Team meeting/department meetings for internal and external guests.
  • Working closely with the team to support the smooth running of the team and a positive team culture.
  • Helping keep the wider team engaged by organising team days and departmental events when requested by the Senior CA Team.
