The predicted salary is between 28662 - 28662 £ per year.

Contract: Fixed term until 30 September 2027, working 35 hours per week. Salary: £28,662 per annum Grade E plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working.

Location: Nottingham. The role will be based in Nottingham; however, we are operating a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on-site contact days with other members of the team, normally 1-2 days a week.

We are looking to recruit an Assistant to join the Midlands Area Team, based in our Nottingham office and working as part of the Midlands Operations Team. As Assistant you will support the Midlands Area Team with a range of duties, including:

  • Arranging internal and external meetings
  • Support for our internal grant making processes
  • Coordinating admin support for strategic programmes and place-based development
  • General administrative support including the maintenance of efficient admin processes

Within our busy team you will work closely with other Assistants and the Officer, Operations, and on a day-to-day basis will be responsible for managing your own workload. You'll also work with colleagues across the Midlands Area Team to help deliver a wide range of priorities for the cultural sector.
