About the role

As a Supermarket Assistant, you will help deliver a high‑quality service to customers, ensuring Waitrose standards in food and customer care. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock replenishment – keep shelves full and products correctly placed.
  • Fulfil online customer orders for delivery to customers’ doors.
  • Reduce waste by managing product due dates and markdowns.
  • Support the shop team when required, including checkout support, Click & Collect orders and on‑demand orders.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy working environment through general shopkeeping tasks.
