We’re seeking an experienced finance lawyer with over 5 years of post-qualification experience to tackle both lender and borrower side work, including funding working capital requirements and strategic actions like acquisitions. Our clients, typically UK-headquartered with an international footprint, span a diverse range of industries, offering a rich and varied workload.
Become part of a finance group with a robust City presence and leading teams across the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and the Middle East. Our national finance team of 30 partners and over 85 lawyers work with a variety of UK and international banks, debt funds, alternative lenders, and large-scale borrowers. Our expertise extends across corporate debt, leveraged finance, and more, providing a comprehensive and stimulating environment.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on finance documents, manage transactions, and guide less experienced colleagues, all with partner support. We value technical expertise, client focus, and the use of imagination and innovation in service delivery. You’ll have the opportunity to deepen client relationships, collaborate across teams, and continuously develop your skills through formal training and mentoring.
