Advertising is a crucial part of our success in Live Sports. We are building a world-class live sports ad program that benefits our customers, advertisers and league partners with unique, never-been-done-before ad experiences.
The Manager of Live Sports Advertising Operations will lead a team of Campaign Managers, Live Event Ad Scheduling analysts and Live Event Inventory analysts. S/he will work cross-functionally with the Advertising Services, Go to Market, Sales, Finance, Live Event Product and Production Teams to ensure successful execution of Ad Sales revenue and on-air broadcast schedules, and will report to the Head of Global Live Event Advertising Services. The team is responsible for scheduling, trafficking and moderation of ad campaigns and creatives to ensure it adheres to the ad policy.
The candidate would have deep experience in OTT and/or linear TV post sales production, with strong excel/data management, creative management, trafficking and ad scheduling experience. Flexibility and adaptability are required mindsets as workflows will include a combination of industry best practices and proprietary tools and policies.
Key job responsibilities:- Manage a high-performing team to support sales and go-to-market teams and the wider business.
- Proactively develop forward-looking projects to scale the business.
- Drive performance improvements across the Live Sports Operations organization and build the foundation for it to scale.
- Work closely with the team and management to identify systems, data or process needs to help scale our business and optimize revenue.
- Use data systems such as Salesforce or ExtremeReach.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis
- Knowledge of digital advertising or search advertising or analytics solutions (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Experience with annual brand and media planning
