The Investment20/20 Programme:

We are proud to be part of the Investment20/20 initiative, and we are delighted to recruit for a number of 12‑month placements across the business. These traineeship opportunities are specifically for school leavers, offering entry‑level work experiences that inspire and challenge you.

Role description:

The Trainee Analyst will provide administrative and analytical support to PMs, including monitoring portfolio performance, conducting statistical analyses, assembling and reviewing data, completing performance attribution analyses, monitoring cash flows and maintaining target allocations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to identifying investment solutions aligned with client objectives and support broader Investment Solutions initiatives, including key client projects.
  • Develop a strong understanding of asset allocation and support the Investment and Advisory team through portfolio analysis that helps clients understand risk, return, and trade‑offs.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and analytical materials to support asset allocation and portfolio construction decisions.
