We’re seeking a Senior TikTok Shop & Affiliate Manager to champion our brands’ presence within the dynamic TikTok Shop ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will strategically lead our social e‑commerce initiatives, developing a high‑impact affiliate program and optimizing shop front strategies through expert collaboration with brand, media, and advocacy teams. If you possess a deep understanding of social platforms, proven digital marketing acumen, and a data‑driven approach to delivering ambitious sales targets, then we want you to drive our next phase of growth.

A Day in the Life

As part of a dedicated e‑commerce business unit, you will be responsible for driving an ambitious growth agenda by providing consumers with the best possible experience of our skincare brands via TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities

  • TikTok Shop Strategy: Lead the TikTok Shop business to execute a winning social commerce strategy, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams on brand launches, media strategy, advocacy campaigns, community trend monitoring, and finance to sustain the business model.
  • Affiliate Program Management: Work closely with the TikTok Shop Community Manager to build and scale the affiliate program; analyse and identify top‑performing affiliates, monitor performance, and define commission strategy to deliver sales and long‑term relationships.
  • Commercial Operations: Manage and optimize shop listings, forecasting, inventory, promotional tools, and in‑app campaign strategies; work with finance and supply chain; own P&L management and profitability planning.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as sales, engagement, affiliate conversions; generate reports, refine strategies based on insights, and share reporting with senior management.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely across all teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive campaign execution.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and e‑commerce, preferably in social commerce & affiliate management.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop and its ecosystem, including algorithm and trends.
  • Experience with performance analysis and data‑driven strategy.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • An entrepreneurial & creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
