Knight Frank is the largest independent property consultancy. The Senior Marketing Executive holds the end‑to‑end ownership, strategy, governance and daily operation of the firm’s social media presence across all major platforms.

Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Executive reports to the Senior Lead Marketing Channels and leads the delivery of social media across multiple service lines and markets, acting as the central authority for strategy, execution, best practice, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall strategy, execution, optimisation, governance, accountability and training for Knight Frank’s core social channels.
- Ownership of the UK content calendar: end‑to‑end planning, creating, scheduling and publishing of high‑quality content for primary social media channels (with particular focus on all UK divisions), including but not limited to: Residential Sales & Lettings, International Residential, Commercial divisions, Rural, Energy & Projects, Development Services, Associated brands.
- Ongoing trend and innovation monitoring; keep the brand culturally relevant and competitive by maximising current platform capabilities or harnessing emerging technologies.
- Lead and advise on social media strategy across all UK service lines, ensuring alignment with wider marketing, PR and business objectives.
- Set measurable targets against industry benchmarks for tracking growth and commercial impact of social media channels.
- Act as the direct point of contact and provide relevant reporting for all service lines.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to reflect the international audience and visibility of social channels.
- Provide strategic input into campaigns, launches and PR activity.
- Support paid media strategy with expert recommendations.
- Manage relationships with third‑party agencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to feature important wins, news or brand initiatives on the appropriate platforms.
- Confidently manage senior stakeholders, providing guidance and expert advice on best practices.
- Participate in all aspects of content creation, including: Planning and strategy calls, Coordinating shoots, Script writing and storyboarding, Aligning social and PR objectives, Managing messaging, expectations and delivery.
- Provide direction, prioritisation and ongoing support to marketing executives to scale channels with consistency and brand integrity.
- Deliver ad‑hoc social media training across the UK and globally.
- Flag unauthorised or fake accounts and other breaches of the Global Social Media Policy and act appropriately to protect the brand.
Professional Experience and Personal Skills Profile
- At least 5 years’ experience in a social media role with a proven track record for scaling accounts with substantial following (digital marketing experience a bonus).
- Expert knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and associated platforms, including organic and paid advertising strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads (YouTube experience a bonus).
- Strong understanding and experience with social media reporting and publishing tools.
- A dual‑minded approach: strategy‑driven, data‑based and process‑oriented, yet highly creative and hands‑on with content creation.
- Excellent communicator comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and third‑party agencies, and to the UK MarComs team.
- Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills; ability to meet deadlines.
- Skilled content creator: you know what good content looks like and can create it.
- Highly skilled using Canva.
- Expert in in‑platform photo/video editing tools (experience with external tools such as Adobe CC, CapCut is a bonus).
- Experience filming with a gimbal is a bonus.
- Experience using Monday.com is a bonus.
- Excellent attention to detail.
