The Role

London Business School is looking for a Senior Manager, Experiential Learning to join our Degree Education department, which is at the heart of the exceptional learning experiences we offer globally. As Senior Manager, Experiential Learning, you will lead the development and management of a portfolio of in-company consulting and project-based engagements. These courses leverage our strong connections with the London business community, enabling students to apply and integrate knowledge from their core curriculum to real-world challenges faced by leading organisations across the city.

You will be a confident networker with a passion for building relationships, skilled in stakeholder management, and highly capable of delivering complex projects effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Development of relationships with current and prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional understanding of customer service.
  • Successful delivery of high-quality London programmes.
  • Quality of recommendations and input into wider strategic and operational planning.
  • Production of high-quality reports, with complex analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Effective resource management and quality/timeliness of support provided to faculty/colleagues.
  • Projects delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
  • Strong cross-team working relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, people, and relationship management skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences both verbally and in written content.
  • Significant operational and project/programme management experience with advanced planning skills.
  • Significant experience of working in intellectually challenging situations with senior-level professionals, faculty, and business leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to network and build sustainable relationships at the highest level with education organisations and companies.
  • Motivation and proven ability to take initiative and identify innovative solutions to challenges.
  • High level of customer focus.

At London Business School, we support Smart Working - a hybrid approach designed to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance while delivering the best outcomes for your role and the needs of our customers. All roles require a minimum of two days on campus each week to foster a vibrant, collaborative community. For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus 2 days per week. We operate with 'core hours' - 10:00-15:00 - to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one-hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work.
