A DAY IN THE LIFE
- BUILD AND DRIVE THE LOVE ADVOCACY STRATEGY
- Demonstrate strategic and creative thinking to drive engagements and mentions to hit our SOI targets.
- Identify and implement the brands seeding and relationships strategy to ensure we are driving mentions and engagements at scale, across the pyramid, from micro to VIP.
- Lead an eventing strategy that is ownable to L'Oreal Paris and drives SOI results.
- Lead on Mother brand strategy to drive key brand calendar moments (Cannes, IWD, Defile) to help drive brand equity.
- ACT AS THE BRAND GUARDIAN DRIVING BRAND LOVE, EQUITY & RELEVANCE
- Oversee and sign-off all brand events and any external brand comms e.g. creative mailers and press releases to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- USE DATA TO INFORM STRATEGIC THINKING
- Use internal reporting tools to track both individual influencer metrics & total brand performance.
- Analyse and present SOI data on learnings and best practice to maximise ROI on any love activity to inform YTG plans.
- Ensure that everything the team does is based on insight, data and tools such as IRM, Archive, Talkwalker to inform decisions.
- EXCEL IN STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Work seamlessly with marketing to achieve love advocacy objectives as well as brand/category objectives.
- Drive the relationship with the Social and Content lead to ensure a seamless working relationship between the paid and love teams.
- Work closely with CDMO and CPD Head of Advocacy, sharing learnings and best practices.
- NURTURE KEY RELATIONSHIPS
- Nurture relationships with key talent, influencers, agents, MUAs, ambassadors etc.
- Nurture relationships with key business functions outside of direct brand e.g. legal + scientific, Corp comms, internal comms etc.
- NURTURE AND PROGRESS TALENT
- Manage and inspire two Advocacy Brand managers in the day-to-day implementation of the brand strategy.
