About The Role

We are looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join our Business Development team on an 18‑month fixed term contract, to lead the delivery of a strategic Client Discovery programme. The programme is a cross‑business initiative designed to build a clear, data‑driven understanding of Knight Frank’s client base, capabilities, areas of expertise and levels of integration.

Role Purpose and Overview

The Project Delivery Manager will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of a phased rollout, coordinating and governing workstreams, and ensuring insights are delivered timely to stakeholders. The role will translate strategic questions and analytical requirements into structured workplans, timelines and deliverables, while collaborating with data and analyst teams to present findings that drive action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery Planning — own and maintain the end‑to‑end plan for the Client Discovery programme, including phases, dependencies and transitions.
  • Workstream Delivery — coordinate activity across workstreams, ensuring required inputs are in place and delivery is sequenced correctly.
  • Stakeholder Management — work with development and commercial leaders to agree scope, required outputs, delivery timelines and escalation points.
  • Stakeholder Communications — provide clear, structured updates to senior stakeholders on progress, delivery risks and key decisions.
  • Reporting — synthesise data discovery outputs and actions, presenting findings in the most appropriate way for various audiences.
  • Alignment to Methodology — ensure outputs and reporting align to the Business Development Team’s approach.
  • Client Feedback — coordinate linkage between discovery workstreams and the Client Feedback programme, incorporating relevant insights.
  • Return on Investment — collaborate with the Data Team to model measurable ROI from outputs.
  • Driving Change — translate outputs into clear actions, influencing commercial team business plans, growth priorities and integration.
  • Tracking Outcomes — support tracking of agreed actions and impact measures following delivery.

What Experience You Will Need

  • Ability to translate high‑level objectives into structured plans and deliverable workstreams.
  • Hands‑on delivery implementation.
  • Experience working with analytical or technical teams and understanding dependencies between data, analysis and delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage credibly with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a disciplined approach to prioritisation, tracking, implementation and evaluation.
  • Experience or understanding of a commercial property environment is advantageous but not essential.

  • Microsoft Office – strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Project management frameworks – familiarity with recognised methodologies such as CMI, APM or PRINCE2 (certification advantageous, not essential).
  • Data visualisation platforms – awareness or working familiarity with Power BI or Tableau, sufficient to interpret outputs, understand dependencies and support delivery (advantageous, not essential).
