I am the HEAD OF MARKETING, responsible for building the brand's long‑term marketing strategy in the UKI and leading my team to orchestrate its end‑to‑end execution with the Trade Activation Team and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns. I am a storyteller and the voice of the brand DNA across the company. I develop and coach my team and provide mentorship for the marketing community. I am a key partner to my GM.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analysis & Diagnostic: Guide my team to work closely with experts across the company (e.g. Category, RGM, Business Growth Partner, Retail & Education, Activation Team, CRM, CMI, Community Manager) and deep‑dive into business performance and customer data to draw insights. Have a finger on the pulse of competitor activities to identify best practices. Have a strong understanding of the advocacy landscape.
- Strategy & Vision: Inspire the team to think big and long‑term and rally everyone towards the team's common goals. Help the team define the marketing strategy, advocacy strategy, pricing position, customer targeting, and investment choices (in partnership with Finance) with the objective of driving brand growth through increased recruitment and loyalty. Build zone decks and presentations for senior stakeholders. Communicate the strategic vision through storytelling and presentations to internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Retail Drive, Collab Max, Conference, Drive Meetings). Support the team to translate the strategy into clear briefs for internal stakeholders and agencies (e.g. Media Managers Onefluence, VMs, A&I, activation). Act as guardian of the brand DNA and positioning. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all communication touchpoints.
- Execution: Define investment strategy and provide budget envelopes for wider teams. Support the A&I team on MIM view forecasting and ROI analysis. Validate media briefs. Validate forecasting of launches. Validate guiding principles to activation teams for forecasting of GWP, samples, and coffrets. Work in partnership with DMI and Zone, communicate local needs, and co‑create future campaigns and launches.
