As the Digital Marketing Manager - Affiliates, you will drive digital performance. Reporting into the Senior Affiliate Manager, you will shape and deliver best-in-class digital marketing across the business. You will lead a key growth area within the Performance Marketing team, working across multiple EMEA markets to scale a mature channel. Your work will influence short-, medium-, and long-term strategy, delivering revenue, ROAS, and other critical performance metrics. This is a high-impact role to accelerate momentum and unlock the next stage of digital success.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Core Campaign Delivery
    • Campaign management - Oversee day-to-day campaign execution and reporting.
    • Affiliate campaign deployment - Deploy and optimise campaigns across the affiliate channel, managing tactics to grow market share with direct partner affiliates.
    • Third-party banner management - End-to-end management of third-party banner campaigns, including performance analysis and reporting.
    • Performance reporting - Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting.
  • Technical & Data Responsibilities
    • Technical solution integration - Oversee and manage the integration of technical solutions.
    • API and feed optimisation - Lead on API setup, feed integration, and ongoing optimisation with affiliates.
    • Fraud monitoring - Conduct daily checks for suspicious orders and support fraud mitigation.
    • Data-driven optimisation - Use 1st- and 3rd-party data insights to inform tactics and strategy.
  • Growth & Opportunity Development
    • Affiliate partner sourcing - Identify new affiliate opportunities and partners.
    • Affiliate enablement - Ensure the affiliate network has the tools and support needed to deliver strong results.
    • Market and product insight - Gather market and product insights and incorporate them into strategy and tactical planning.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
    • Cross-team collaboration - Work with the wider team to create affiliate marketing materials.
    • Stakeholder management - Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including market managers, API teams, MarTech, Data Engineering, Supplier Marketing, Performance Marketing, and affiliate networks.

What You will Bring

  • Strong understanding of affiliate channels, partner models, and performance levers.
  • Ability to deploy, optimise, and scale campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Analytics and data visualisation software experience (Adobe, Power BI).
  • Experience with APIs, feed integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of revenue, ROAS, gross margin, and commercial KPIs.
  • Clear, confident communication with internal and external partners.
