You will lead a well‑established corporate partnerships team at The Royal British Legion, overseeing a group of Corporate Partnerships Managers and driving performance across a varied portfolio of high‑profile relationships. This role requires a leader who thrives on pace, balances strategic thinking with strong commercial instinct, and can embed new processes and ways of working to sustain excellence in a competitive fundraising landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team of Corporate Partnerships managers.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of corporate partnerships, supporting senior‑level negotiations and developing growth strategies.
  • Ensure partnership activity is collaborative, well‑executed and aligned with wider organisational priorities across fundraising, marketing, services and legal.
  • Embed new processes and ways of working to evolve the team and deliver exceptional results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, and influence strategic decisions.
  • Represent the organisation and the Armed Forces community in partnership discussions and public engagements.

Location and Working Arrangement

Contracted to Haig House hub, with a minimum expectation of two days per week in person and flexible remote working as appropriate.
