Responsibilities- Lead cost‑centre reviews and redesign standard costing methodologies.
- Develop and maintain scalable cost models to support scenario planning.
- Analyse and explain cost and performance variances with clear recommendations.
- Partner and influence senior stakeholders to improve financial visibility.
- Optimise and automate forecasting, month‑end and reporting processes.
- Produce and present high‑quality management information and insights.
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
- Demonstrated years of experience in a relevant finance role.
- Proven experience managing multiple cost centres and complex cost structures.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability.
- Ability to communicate financial insight clearly to senior leaders.
- Experience or strong interest in automation, AI, or modern financial tooling.
