Your future duties and responsibilities
In this role, you will act as the strategic marketing partner for CGI's Leeds Business Unit, working closely with senior leaders to develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications strategies that contribute directly to revenue growth, business development and strategic account expansion.
You'll have the opportunity to shape market positioning, influence commercial priorities and deliver measurable outcomes while collaborating with specialist marketing teams across CGI's UK and global organisation.
You'll lead the planning and execution of commercially focused campaigns, thought leadership, employer brand activity and internal communications, ensuring every initiative aligns with business objectives and delivers value.
Supported by an experienced network of marketing specialists, you'll be empowered to make decisions, challenge thinking where appropriate and continuously improve marketing performance through insight and data.
Key responsibilities
- Lead & Deliver integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned to business growth objectives.
- Drive Commercial Growth by supporting pipeline generation, win-rate improvement and strategic account development.
- Partner & Influence senior Business Unit leaders on marketing priorities and investment decisions.
- Develop & Position compelling market messaging aligned with CGI's brand and sector expertise.
- Coordinate & Collaborate with specialist marketing teams across digital, PR, content, brand and business development.
- Measure & Optimise marketing performance through KPIs, ROI analysis and continuous improvement.
- Champion Employer Brand through initiatives that support workforce growth and talent attraction.
- Strengthen Internal Communications to engage colleagues around strategy, performance and business priorities.
- Required qualifications to be successful in this role
To succeed, you'll bring strong B2B marketing experience gained within technology, consulting or professional services, together with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate commercial strategy into measurable marketing outcomes.
You should be equally comfortable developing strategic plans and delivering hands-on campaigns, with excellent commercial awareness, communication skills and the confidence to operate within a complex, matrix environment.

- Significant B2B marketing experience within technology, consulting or professional services.
- Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders as a trusted marketing advisor.
- Demonstrable success delivering measurable commercial growth through marketing.
