Global People Development (GPD) is a high-performing HR Centre of Expertise focused on developing business-driven people capabilities and delivering an exceptional learner experience. The Learning & Skills Optimisation Consultant will promote a culture where learning and skills development enable colleagues to take accountability for their growth and support M&G in achieving its strategic goals aligned with our values and behaviours. They will also support the development and execution of our digital learning strategy to provide a simplified, personalized, one-stop-shop learner experience.
Key Responsibilities- Support impactful blended and technology-enabled skills development aligned with business priorities.
- Increase utilization and ROI of digital learning solutions within the GPD roadmap.
- Create compelling digital learning campaigns for diverse global audiences.
- Build and manage relationships across the organization and with external partners to drive execution.
- Maintain operational stability and enhance learner experience on digital platforms (Viva Learning, Workday, LinkedIn, Go1).
- Develop bespoke content as needed.
- Develop and execute a work roadmap with milestones and measurable outcomes.
- Manage projects independently or within cross-functional teams.
- Use data to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate business impact.
- Optimize external partnerships and consult on learning needs.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences, including digital formats.
- Data-driven decision-making using learning analytics and commercial indicators.
