We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Learning Operations Compliance Coordinator to help shape and support the delivery of exceptional learning experiences across our Engineering/FHS technical training team. In this role, you'll lead a dedicated Learning Support team, ensuring training operations run efficiently, compliance standards are met and learners receive an outstanding service. Combining strong supervisory and administrative expertise with a passion for continuous improvement, you'll use data, insight and stakeholder collaboration to enhance learning processes and contribute to Heathrow's Future Skills ambitions.

Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You'll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
