We are proud to work alongside the Army to attract, source and select officers and soldiers for the British Army (Regular & Reserve) as part of the Recruiting Partnership Project (RPP). It is only by working closely together that we are able to get the best candidates into the Army to strengthen our nation's security and defence. Whether you are working full-time or part-time, stationed in an office, immersed in the dynamic environment of a military barracks, or contributing from the comfort of your home, you will experience a truly collaborative environment that drives us forward.
Our team is made up of both Capita and military colleagues in a wide variety of roles - including recruiters, assessors-interviewers, administrators, doctors and other medical staff, supporting function roles and more. Our teams are based across the UK in a variety of offices and locations, with a mixture of office and hybrid roles.
