About the role

Are you passionate about hiring top talent and shaping how recruitment technology drives better outcomes? We're looking for an experienced Recruiter and ATS specialist who combines strong delivery capability with deep expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Tribepad). In this role, you'll not only manage recruitment for mid to senior manager roles (Bands 3‑5), but also act as our Tribepad expert - owning the system, supporting users, and using data to continuously improve how we hire. You sit at the heart of both recruitment delivery and recruitment technology, ensuring our processes are efficient, insight‑led, and deliver a great experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and people teams to define role requirements, understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Support hiring managers in their recruitment process, monitoring their routines to ensure correct processes are followed and candidates are given the best experience.
  • Supporting and coaching managers in Selection & Interview processes and to champion best practice.
  • Act as the go‑to expert for our ATS, responding to all technical queries, managing Tribepad ticketing system, maintaining data, report generation, ad hoc administration of resources, e.g. contracts & templates.
  • Building and nurturing talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Supporting peak volume requirements where necessary.

You will need:

  • Previous Recruitment experience – in‑house recruitment team or recruitment agency recruiting for mid to senior level (including ops and non‑ops).
  • Expert‑level knowledge of ATS platforms (ideally Tribepad).
  • Great communicator comfortable working with different teams.
  • Detail oriented and tech‑savvy.
  • Resilience in a fast‑paced ever‑changing environment.
