You will lead an insight-driven approach to growth at London Business School, a global and vibrant business community based in three of the world's most dynamic cities: London, Dubai, and Riyadh. The role involves leading how growth opportunities are identified, developed, and scaled across the School's portfolio.
You will:
- Lead the identification and validation of new growth opportunities through market intelligence, customer insight, and data-driven analysis.
- Develop and deliver an evidence-based growth strategy aligned to the School's five-year plan, remaining agile to changing market dynamics.
- Drive the execution of growth initiatives with a clear focus on measurable commercial outcomes, including demand generation, pipeline quality, and revenue impact.
- Champion a test-and-learn approach to experimentation, de-risking innovation while accelerating learning and impact.
- Partner closely with product, marketing, revenue, and academic teams to align priorities and mobilise the right capabilities for growth.
- Ensure strong alignment from strategy through to execution, working closely with the Executive Director, Product & Portfolio Marketing, and senior stakeholders.
