As a Performance Coach you will work closely with all frontline Employment Advisors to identify and offer performance improvement support through various one‑to‑one and group coaching and mentoring interventions to assist frontline staff in achieving set performance targets. You will collaborate with Business Managers and Team Leaders to promote development within the required key areas and contract standards.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the Management Team to understand concerns/issues and plan performance improvement needs.
  • Act as a mentor to support best‑practice interventions that promote desired outcomes.
  • Conduct performance observations to establish coaching interventions.
  • Coaching, motivating, and assisting frontline staff in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner to achieve goals and performance targets.
  • Re‑evaluate and consolidate coaching techniques and interventions to ensure effective and positive outcomes.
  • Maintain active communication with all internal stakeholders to ensure required outcomes are being met.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering coaching/mentoring sessions within a varied capacity (individual/small/large groups and face‑to‑face, telephone, remotely, etc.).
  • Proven experience delivering effective coaching/mentoring sessions.
  • Previous experience of excellent achievements within a highly targeted role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak confidently and pitch at the right level.
  • Excellent presentation skills in both small and large group settings.
