Job Purpose:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Global Media Manager. The ideal candidate will come with a strong track record in delivering high ROI media models and defining new ways to maximise our media spends in a Social First and Digital model. This role will oversee our Personal Care global media spends, analysing and making recommendations to drive optimum channel, format and platform choices through our Personal Care Media Model.
Responsibilities:
- Shape and leverage how we assign and approach paid media in our marketing model.
- Review and optimise how we drive media effectiveness using media metrics and models.
- Develop guidelines for a social rich media mix and support with key interventions and tracking.
- Define Media Effectiveness Strategy and Guidelines for Personal Care.
- Collaborate with joint business partners to integrate media innovation into brand planning.
- Drive and manage holistic end-to-end communication planning.
